Nothing looks more amateur than arriving for a business meeting with sheaves of loose paper flapping around, or giving a slick presentation, only to be let down by handing your client a bundle of photocopies.

With Printsmarter’s presentation folders you can look the consummate professional. Printed on super-thick 350_gsm silk card, with their slot and tab mechanism, they provide a smart way to house your papers. Past clients have included estate agents, car dealerships and sales reps.

Our presentation folders can be printed in 3 different sizes: to house either A4 or A5 paper, or what we refer to as the ‘6 sides of A4’ dimension. With the latter your presentation folder will have two internal flaps –meaning there are two ‘pockets’ in which paper/leaflets etc. can be inserted.

As ever, we employ only the best lithographic, full colour, printing methods. Single-sided printing includes, not only the front and back of the cover, but also the internal flaps. If you wish to fully utilise all the space available for conveying information, then select double-sided printing, as this involves printing on the entire inside of the folder.

Further options include: a high impact gloss laminate to the exterior of the folder, or, if preferred, a more understated matt laminate.

Printsmarter pride ourselves on our attention to detail. For this reason, all our presentation folders come with integral business card holders, as we have found there is nothing more irritating than going to hand a potential client your contact details, only to find all your business cards have fallen out somewhere on route! If you want your presentation folders to have a gusset, this can also be included free of charge.

We provided free templates to help you design your own folder, however, for as little as £40^+VAT, our in-house graphics team can tailor a design to your specific requirements.
