Layout advice: The term ‘letterhead’ is a slight misnomer as they are generally formatted to a have a ‘header,’ (at the top of the page), and ‘footer,’ (at the bottom of the page.) This layout has proved effective for a countless number of businesses, as it allows more space to include company details and contacts. The ‘header’ is an ideal place to locate your logo and perhaps also include basic contact details here. The ‘footer’ is best used for more formal details, for example, registered company or charity numbers, disclaimers, or further contact details. Focus on clarity; it is fundamental that your business details can be read. Consider the relative merits of a limited colour palette versus tonal or contrasting shades. All artwork has to be with us by 11:30am for the day you purchase your print product to count as the first production day (this is only applicable on working days Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). If ordered after 11.30 the first day of your production will be the next working day.

We deliver on the last working day noted on each product page. Delivery is included in the price. The price you see is the price you pay!

 

Artwork Bleedsbleed

 

As detailed in our Artwork Checklist, all artwork needs to have a 3mm bleed on edges to ensure smooth production of your printed product. Production and delivery dates will alter if we have alter/get you to alter your artwork. If you are in any doubt about your artwork, please use our Free File Checking Service.

 

VAThmrc

Versions of Artwork & Printing Process

Please note that one order placed consists of one version of artwork. If you require artwork of two or more versions of artwork please place that number of orders. If you unclear about this, or our printing process please do get in touch.
