TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Print Smarter.

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

DELIVERY
Delivery times shown in product descriptions or stated within a quotation are estimations only.

Although Print Smarter does its very best to ensure that any order is delivered on time, Print Smarter shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Customer arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Print Smarter will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that they are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond their control.

Deliveries take place to an address specified by the customer at the time of order. Once the order has been placed this cannot be changed. On occasion where goods have been lost with a courier will Print Smarter consider a reprint or refund of that order. Print Smarter solely reserves the right to make this decision on an individual customer basis. Printing of up to 10% less of the ordered quantity is deemed to be acceptable.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, refunds for products that are already printed or in the printing process is not possible. A customer cannot cancel an order once the order process has changed from ‘order received’ to ‘printing in progress’. We do not offer refunds on producing artwork or logo design.

DEFECTS

If you find a defect with your printed goods, for which Print Smarter is responsible, Print Smarter reserves the right to reprint. Only when a reprint is seen as unsuitable will Print Smarter offer a refund, or credit to your next order. Print Smarter reserves the right to solely decide whether a printed product is of suitable quality.

Any order that has been used, Print Smarter reserves the right to deem this order as acceptable and no refund or reprint will be issued.

If there is a defect to your artwork when you receive your print, inform us within 7 working days by sending us a sample of the print for us to see the issue. Print Smarter reserves the right to deem this product to be of satisfactory quality, and therefore this order is to be accepted.

Should we at any time incur issues with paper supplies we may chose to, at our discretion, print your order in another paperweight to ensure that we meet our delivery times. Should we take this action, Print Smarter shall only use a higher grade paper and we will never print on a lesser grade paper than which you have ordered.

Artwork Defects
Print Smarter will not accept any defect to an order if the artwork does not meet their exact artwork specifications regarding colour mode, format, size, colour saturation, and bleed. It is the customers responsibility to check these details before placing the order, which can easily be found on every page of the website, including our artwork help page here.

CONTENT
It is up to the Customer to check any artwork and content for a product to be ordered. Print Smarter does not accept any liability for errors within the artwork, as it is on the Customers authority that an order goes to print. Although Print Smarter can on the Customers request create print-ready proofs, which are sent back for the Customer to confirm, it is the Customers sole responsibility to check through these proofs for typing mistakes and errors, be this on artwork supplied by the Customer or Print Smarter.

Print Smarter does not accept liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the Customer not checking artwork prior to print.

CMYK PRINTING
As a batch printer there are limitations that your finished product will be approximate to your printed sample. This is due in part to the widely varying results from different output devices including inkjet and laser printers, continuous tone proofing devices, high-resolution film-based proofs, and different than true offset lithography. Even from one commercial printing firm to another, there can be significant differences in results. All reasonable efforts shall be made to obtain the best possible colour for your job, yet Print Smarter reserves the right to decide if a deviation that is caused in the printing process is acceptable.

Print Smarter requires FULL PAYMENT of any orders before proceeding to print.

LIABILITY Liability for any liss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract calue of the goods, except in such cases whick case death, injury or damage to personal property.

We are not responsible for any financial loss suffered by you, including loss of earlings or expenses incurred by you.

We will not accept responsibility for resold products that are deemed inferior by the end-user, when the product has been printed within standard in densities, resonably tolerated within the print industry.
