Our prices are often lower than others. Why? Because we do what they call in the trade ‘batch print’. For example, we print your A5 flyer with 7 others on the same A2 sheet. By doing this all jobs share the setup costs of the machine, the ink costs and keep the price down – and we pass that saving on to you. Traditionally printers would print one job at a time, which would indeed mean a higher price. Printing 8 jobs together does not impact on the quality of the print – it just makes it more economical for you the customer.
Our website offers instant prices for most print – however if you can’t find what you’re looking for – just use our ‘Get a Quote‘ form and we’ll get back to you within one working day.
Unsure if you’re artwork is ready to print? Just use our Free File Check service. Other companies charge £10 for this – we’ll do it for free. We’ll check your file through, see if there are any problems – we’ll rectify them if we can for free – if not we’ll send it back to you and tell you what you need to do.
If you order without using our file check service, we’ll still always check your artwork to see if it’s ready to print. We will never print artwork that we think is not going to print well without contacting you first and discussing it with you. If we did – you’d get print that you’d be unhappy with, and you wouldn’t come back! We want to make sure we’re your only printer.
We only use next day couriers to deliver within the UK and Ireland. If we’re delivering however to Jersey/Guernsey it might take an extra few days.
Your order is constantly being updated in our system from when you order to when it is dispatched. When your order has been shipped we’ll email you with the courier tracking number so you can locate it if you’ve missed the delivery!

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with the print you have received. Please let us know within 7 working days by email. Please ensure to include your order reference number and a brief explanation to support the reasons you are unfortunately unhappy with the print. Please be aware we will require physical samples of your print for us to fully investigate. Our customer service team will open a case for the issue and here at PrintSmarter we will do our upmost to solve any issues and problems youve got – quickly and efficiently.
